Cheesy Bowl!

Alright, I know I’m on a streak with appetizers, but this is the recipe to end all party recipes.   I’ve made this a bunch of times.    It’s super easy and the ultimate party dip.    It’s called Warm Cheesy Bacon Dip, but is usually referred to as the cheesy bowl.    Much thanks to Lisa for this:

Warm Cheesy Bacon Dip

Ingredients
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
2 cups Colby Jack Cheese (10 oz)
1 package of real bacon bits (Oscar Mayer or Hormel) or I like 6-8 cooked bacon strips ripped up into small bites
1 cup mayonnaise
½ chopped onion
minced garlic to taste (1-2 cloves)

Mix ingredients together.  Place in hollowed bread round (I like garlic or rosemary bread).   Bake @350 for 1 hour.   Check at about 40 mins.
